Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Kaladan began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theobald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Theobald took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Fallond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Fallond took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
