Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'1". He wears just a grey suit. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and halfling compassion
