Personality: He is fixated on the number 79. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
