Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Pallabar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Efferil speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to share knowledge with the world
