History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Gnarsh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gnarsh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 60. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Umpen was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
