History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Halander grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
