He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Harbek was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
