History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kipper was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
