History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Paymon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nim embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Nim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
