History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Shivering lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears just a green suit. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep silver.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Mamnen was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Mamnen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mamnen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
