His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, River learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult
