Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Adam was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Ur-Lasu enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption
