When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ûshbaka does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ûshbaka and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Vrondiss never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Gimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Justin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
