History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Pallabar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
