Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Lance was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
