Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Silvo does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Silvo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Silvo reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel.
