Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peter will drive conversation. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
