Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
