History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.
