Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ralf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ralf. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a red coat with white slacks. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'4" and has the majority of his body covered in plate. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his feathered yellow hat.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: A 3'4" southern man, he prefers to wear flannel. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Barendd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Barendd learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
