Description: He has a missing left leg. He wears a fancy black suit. He has brown hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is content.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gerard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries a battered scimitar and tarnished dagger as well. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rurik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Born in the north to a Stableman, Tordek learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a Fletcher soon after.
