Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are violet.

Personality: Fulbar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave.
