History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Mreksh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He became a Mayor soon after.
