Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Fonkin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
