Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: Golm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Golm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Golm decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He prefers to wear flannel. He has brown hair. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Zûgor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is typically in his Guard uniform. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Mindartis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mindartis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Elaim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away
