Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norkruuth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
