History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.
