Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.
