His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a masseuse again

Personality: Mreksh wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: Ethereal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ethereal took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Ethereal and his spouse have recently divorced.
