He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Recently the stress of being a Carter has made it difficult for him to sleep.
