History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and further expansion of business
