Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Howard was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Howard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Howard. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
