Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in dagger use. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is short and red. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Korfel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Kipper has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
