History: Halander was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Gardener. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Horza hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Horza began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
