History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nithther was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
