Description: 2'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull white iron scale mail. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: To protect his home.

Description: An older man who is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: This man stands a little under 4'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He usually wears his tan robe and has his hand crossbow always slung over his shoulder. His black hair is knotted and matted. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His tied-back hair is red. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Drogo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he wants to get laid
