History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Brewer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
