History: He was born in the south. Through the years after Arannis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Arannis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
