History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shifting alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and revenge

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Farmer soon after.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stableman. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
