His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tod is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and halfling compassion

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Performer mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Frouse was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Frouse decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Animal Trainer. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.
