Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pelaios isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
