Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Glûk is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Baker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Elaim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he's repulsed by the pc

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
