Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His tied-back hair is auburn. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ar-Karo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Karo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Blacksmith business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Silvo studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Leucis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
