History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Barendd was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Barendd reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Bather, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies.
