Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by drow. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants to open a new tavern
