His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Mehen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Beggar like his father before him.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Kugáluga was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kugáluga's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
