Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'7". He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Mindartis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
