Description: He has a missing left leg. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born in a small plains village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Nuraval was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shágflak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shágflak. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
