Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
