Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Zedaar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
